At Pironi, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 3-4 working days after payment confirmation, and dispatched within 3-4 working days thereafter,and delivered within 7 working days.
Shipping Rates:
- Prepaid Orders: Enjoy free shipping on all prepaid orders!
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping charge of Rs 100 is applicable for COD orders.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We’re here to ensure a smooth shopping experience, but please note:
Prepaid Orders: Once placed, prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You can cancel COD orders within 24 hours of placing them. Simply email us at info@pironi.in or WhatsApp us at +9178629 92669 (from 11 AM to 6 PM, Mon to Sat). Remember, we’re closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
Important: If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to process a cancellation.
